The RD1800 SAM PRS pressure compensating spray head maintains a constant outlet pressure of 30 PSI, ensuring maximum nozzle performance, even with varying inlet pressures.

Misting is eliminated, preventing water wastage. Rain Bird’s exclusive Flow-Shield Technology restricts water loss by up to 90% if a nozzle is removed or damaged. As well, the SAM feature, a built-in check valve, will save water by preventing low head drainage and dry line shock. The Rain Bird exclusive Triple-Blade Wiper Seal prevents stick-ups.
